Meditation Class & Mini Bazaar

This year i started collecting crystals, i saw it once in Instagram. I got curious so i searched online for an authentic and affordable shop to buy my first ever crystal. I learn how to cleanse & charge them. I got attached to them, i put them at the back of my pillow when i sleep, i also bring them everywhere i go. I believe in there unique powers and abilities. I also found out about Ms Kirsty Norton on the internet she is an australian citizen based in manila ph. She is well known as a jewelry maker and a crystal healer. I immediately followed her on instagram and after a week of stalking her i saw on her post that she will be having an upcoming meditation class and mini bazaar located in Maginhawa QC. I contacted her right away and she invited me on her viber group. I paid 500 pesos to attend the meditation class.

We introduced our selves first before we start the class. 

The meditation class last for 30 minutes. The guru ask as individually what we are seeing while we are having a meditation class. Others saw nature, sky, ocean and outer space. On my experienced i saw nothing just a white background. I feel more relax, at peace with my mind, body and soul. Honestly i want to lay down and sleep after the meditation. 

The guru introduced us to angel cards and she let us all pick one card. The card that we picked represent our personality and what we are going through in life. 

After the meditation we had our snack. 

The last part of the event is the mini bazaar i bought an essential oils, crystals and palo santo. If we want our crystals to recharge Ms Kirtsy Norton will do it for free.

Shang Safari Treasure Hunt

Hello everyone! Tonight i will be sharing to all of you my son’s first ever Easter Egg Hunt Activity happened a while ago held at Shangri-La Mall. I saw there event at there Instagram account. Luckily my good friend is in Shangri-La Mall for her 3 days bazaar, so i asked her a favor to bought a ticket for me. They also giving away free tickets to there social media account and again fortunately my friend and i won 2 tickets each. She don’t have kids so she gave me her winning tickets. All in all i got 5 tickets lucky me! This is totally my day! So i decided to invite my whole gang including my son who is more excited than me, my dearly husband, and two of my sons cousins. The more the merrier!

Before we proceed to the main activity we fall in line first at the main entrance to show our tickets so that the kids can get there Eco bag (they need it to put there candies) there’s treasure hunt cap, ID, safari map and hunter license. 

Its our decision if we want to start the easter egg hunt or eat first at the food stall. Majority of us wants to eat first to boost our energy for our Egg Hunting. 

There’s a lot of food stalls at the right and left side of the event area. 

Now that we are full from all the snacks that we ate it is time to start the Treasure Hunting. We followed the map and go to different mall boutique to get candies and goodies from them. They will put sticker once we got something from them to indicate that we are done. My job on this event is to be an official photographer as usual while my husband and the kids helped each other to finish the activity

At last we are done treasure hunting. We rest for a while to watched the magic show and safari dance performance for our last activity.

And were done! Its time to go home! We had so much fun!

Go Well Get Fit

This year i decided to change my lifestyle and started eating healthy food and workout regularly. I want to be healthy and strong not for myself but for my family. I want to age gracefully who doesn’t?

Fortunately Belle De Jour Power Planner posted a fitness event for us bellas on there social media account, we just need to register at there website and pay 2k pesos for the training. I sign up right away because i know i badly needed it. Our fitness and healthy food session are every weekend sat & sun for the whole month of November. Exciting right?

For the first week we had our dance workout at Treston BGC. They divided us by four groups and we get to know each  and everyone. We need to compete every weekend, they will gave us different challenges and they will monitor our scores and the highest scores from the group will be having a grand prize after the training. Honestly i’m not a competitive person so i dont mind winning. I joined this training to learn new things about fitness and wellness and meet new friends. After the dance workout they gave us loot bag filled with workout stuff like yoga mat, water bottle, fitness planner, booklets, hair band, skin care products, gatorade and workout clothes. Thy also gave as a 1 week workout assignment that we will do for the rest of the weekdays at the comfort of our home or at the gym. We need to post it at our facebook group for our group scores.

Second week is the healthy food session at The Maya Kitchen in Makati. They invited some food 7 lifestyle bloggers to teach us how to do the Baron Method they gave us list of 1 week healthy menu plan. Next is the ketogenic diet they even did a cooking session on how to prepare an ketogenic meal and we tasted the food after.

Third week is the Krav Maga training at BGC. The instructor teach us the basic self defense technique specially for commuters like us.

Last weeks training is the Obstacle course in Makati. After the intense but fun training is the awarding. Our group did not won but i was happy to get a loot bag because unexpectedly they gave prizes for all the girls who have completed there attendance luckily me i am one of them. (Masipag eh) 

I enjoyed this 1 month training, i learned a lot and its all worth it! Thank you for reading my blog and until my next one!

Brain Fit Free Trial and Trick or Treat 2017

This is my son’s first trick or treat experienced and free trial at Brain Fit located in Greenhills San Juan. This program is for free i just contacted them via sms to get a slot. My husband and i are excited for him so we prepared early before the event. We bought him a costume at SM Kids for 600+ pesos he choose a ninja character.

What is Brain Fit? It is the pioneer in providing neuroscience-based brain fitness program. It aims to transform lives by improving learning capabilities, boosting performance, shaping behaviors, and increase intelligence through high quality evidence-based neuro-scientific cognitive training programs. 

They have 5 different programs: Smart Moves for sensory-motor; Smart Vision for visual processing; Smart Listening for auditory processing, Smart Focus for attention and memory; and Smart EQ for socio-emotions. 

After the fun program they gave my son a loot bag filled with candies and chocolates!

What’s Inside My Kikay Kit

You wanna know what’s inside my kikay kit? I saw it trending on YouTube some popular beauty gurus are doing it so why not share it in my blog. I love my kikay kit i can’t leave without it. Its for touch up or if your late on your event just bring your own kikay kit and you can do your own makeup inside the car while travelling. Good for travelling, its very convenient and hassle free. I don’t want to look haggard so i always bring my kikay kit with me. 

I love this transparent makeup pouch i bought at SM Department Store for 300+ pesos only. When im on a rush i can easily find my makeup inside because its transparent obviously and size is just perfect not small and not to big it fits all makeup inside. Just a tip bring a travel size makeup product (para sure na kasya lahat) and bring your multi purpose makeup product for example lip & cheek tint not just for the lips but also for the cheek or bronzer not only for bronzing ok din sya as an eyeshadow pr eyebrow. For a kikay kit starter pack just bring your trusted face primer, foundation or bb cream, concealer, setting powder, eyebrow product, 2 or 3 lipsticks, blush and bronzer. All you need is a beauty weapon for you to look pretty all day! 

Sunlife Mom’s Day out

A much needed break for moms like me! My fellow mommy friends invited me to joined this event. I paid 500 pesos to reserved my slot and it will be refunded if i show up at the day of the event. Of course i showed up i don’t want to miss this pampering event. The best things in life are free! I joined this event because i want to bond with my friends, i want to try an Onsen spa and i’m also interested in Sun Life Financial Insurance, my husband and i are planning to get one soon. Its sponsored by Sun Life Financial a Mom’s Day Out with financial talk, onsen spa, full body massage, dinner buffet and loot bag at Im Hotel located in Makati. 

Guest psychologist Michelle Alignay talked about how to balance mommy life, securing our child’s education through Sun Life and managing your funds and investing it in the right way.

Last but no the least is my favorite part the full body massage and Onsen spa. Sorry i don’t have more photos of this pampering sesh because im enjoying every second of it!

Millennial Moms Mom Tribe Meet-Up

Earlier today i attended this months #MomTribe Meet-Up at the Kamansutra SM Megamall.

Ms. Dette Zulueta founder of Millennial Moms PH organized a monthly forum of moms to talk about topics closely connected to motherhood and parenting: first time moms, work at home moms, stay at home moms, toddler moms and so on. 

They offered baby and mommy talks, raffles, food and my favorite part games and loot bag. 

I love this dessert from Sugar Sensation this is my first time to eat a lactation treats. I did not experience it on my first born. Before i don’t have an idea on how to increase my breast milk supply. That’s why i give up quickly instead i gave my son a formula milk which is bad i don’t want to do it again if ever god will gave me a second child.

I am very thankful for a Mom Community like Millennial Moms PH! Mom helping moms! I am now more aware and educated not like before.

Svelt i Slim, Trim & Gleam

Hi to all my pretty readers!!!

I am back with another blog post. This time for a change i will not be reviewing a beauty product but i will be reviewing an aesthetic clinic (atleast beauty related parin 🙂) called Svelt i pronounce as svelt-eye they offer beauty and slimming services. I visited there clinic last month together with my friend we had our facial and thermogenic session for free. Yes you read it right its FREE but its not sponsored. We joined a contest on Facebook and luckily we won the pampering session. 



First thing we do is to try there thermogenic treatment. You will sweat and burn calories while you lay down on the gigantic machine (photo below) for around 30 minutes. A lady assist me inside the room and told me to remove my short and t shirt just wear my bra and underwear so that my body will easily absorb the heat pero makulit ako i insist to put a robe hehe and also she told me to wear a shades to protect my eyes from the bright lights. 


After the session i tried the high tech weighing scale (di ko alam tawag dun) to know my personal health related information. I will not elaborate it because its personal hehe. I love the thermogenic treatment super relax and i sweat a lot. It reminds me of sauna but in a modern kind of way. 

Next is the facial started with the usual cleansing, extraction, mask and putting on a tinted sunscreen but my favorite part is the facial and shoulder massage. I also like the tinted sunscreen because it evens out my skin tone looks very natural but its expensive for 1300 pesos i ask them why its so expensive they said it was made in Korea. Bongga!

This is what my face looks like after the facial. So happy that i did not experienced redness on my face after the facial. Nakatulong din yung tinted sunscreen kaya hindi ako nag oil up. I’ve tried facial na before on other clinic after the treatment my face was red and super oily. This time its different kaya i love it!

 Looked! I was surprised that there clinic are also featured on a magazine. Galing!

Art in Island

If you love taking photos, you should visit Art in Island with your family, loved ones or friends. Located in 175 15th Avenue, Barangay Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City. Dubbed as the biggest 3D art museum in Asia. Opens Tuesdays to Sundays from 9:30am to 9:30pm. The tickets are at 500 pesos for adults and 400 pesos for students, pwds and senior citizens. Entrance is free for children below 3 feet. Don’t forget to bring your own socks. My simple reminder for you guys because we forgot ours (Masyado kaming naexcite! My new friend from Women’s Month Blogging Contest message me a while ago on Facebook that Zen Zest are looking for 5 guests to attend there upcoming 15th Year Anniversary Celebration. So i tag my other friend on Instagram and we both joined the contest and luckily we won together!
